When you buy a ticket, vendor space, or physical item from us, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full listing before making a purchase. You enter into a legally binding contract when you complete the check-out payment process. The prices we charge for our products and event passes are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Return and Refund Policy
All event tickets and vendor registration fees for San Pedro Pride are final and non-refundable, unless an event is canceled by Bridge Cities Alliance. For physical merchandise purchased directly through our website, you can return any undamaged product with its original receipt within 14 days of receiving it. We will exchange the item or offer a refund to your original payment method. We do not accept returns for worn clothing or customized merchandise.

Intellectual Property Rights
Our website and all materials presented on it are the exclusive property of Bridge Cities Alliance. This includes images, text, graphics, logos, copyrights, photographs, videos, and music.
